Indulge in High Tea at The Terraces Restaurant – Now Serving!
The highly anticipated High Tea service at The Terraces Restaurant is now beautifully launched, inviting you to embark on a delicious journey of flavours. Our Head Chef, Ranjit Badwal, and Head Pastry Chef, Eva Schmitt, with their impressive backgrounds from renowned kitchens in France, have thoughtfully crafted a weekly changing menu of refined, bite-sized treats designed to offer a truly wonderful taste experience.
Imagine trying their unique savoury creations, such as disassembled pork pies, delicate quail and venison Scotch eggs, delectable crab-filled choux pastry, or homemade gravlax on brioche with crème fraîche and French caviar. For a sweet finale, delight in freshly baked scones accompanied by delicious jam and mascarpone, delicate financiers with white chocolate ganache, and an array of colourful macarons.
Enhance your experience with a selection from our curated tea menu, including English Breakfast, Peppermint, Chamomile Blossoms, Supreme Earl Grey, Spring Green, and Oriental Jasmine. For a sparkling celebration, add a glass of fine Charles Orban NV Champagne ($16 glass | $80 bottle) or crisp Santa Margherita Prosecco ($13 glass | $52 bottle).
High Tea is available every Saturday, with sittings from 2:00 PM (last booking at 3:30 PM). Join us for this beautiful experience at $58 per person.
